Done with NAS Synology which generates an index hidden folder directory which still shows up on Ubooquity.

So got to Advanced, Scan exclusion pattern and add the following,

.*(@eaDir|New-Uploads).*

This will ensure that "@eaDir" generated by the NAS Synology software and my "New-Uploads" folders are not catalogued.
